Fresh from the Farm fundraiser: Support Ontario farmers, support Dovercourt!

Want to buy some great local produce while supporting Dovercourt? We’ve enrolled Dovercourt in the Fresh from the Farm program, which provides students, teachers, staff, and parents/caregivers an opportunity to support local growers by buying Ontario vegetables and apples to raise funds.

Dovercourt PS will receive 40% of all purchases! 

Vegetable bundle: $22 (no HST)

• 3 lb (1.36 kg) carrots
• 3 lb (1.36 kg) yellow onions
• 5 lb (2.27 kg) potatoes
• 3 lb (1.36 kg) sweet potatoes

Vegetable bundle: $24 (no HST)

• 8 lb (3.63 kg) Ambrosia apples

How it works:

Ordering:

• All orders must be made using our online order form. You will receive confirmation by email after submitting.
• All orders must be submitted via the form before 7:00pm on October 12th, 2023.
• Payment must be made before 5:00pm on October 16th, 2023. 
• We will accept payment in several ways: By cash, by cheque, by debit card, or via SchoolCashOnline. We will have a table at the October 12th Welcome Back Open House at the school, at which you can pay directly. Please indicate your preferred method of payment on the form when submitting. We will contact you from our email address ([email protected]) to coordinate payment. Important note: Please ensure you have completed our online order form before paying with SchoolCashOnline, so we can accurately track and submit your order to Fresh from the Farm.)
  

Distribution:

• All orders will arrive on the same day at Dovercourt PS, in November (or possibly early December). We will be told the exact date approximately 10 days in advance, and will share it with you as soon as we learn it.
• All orders must be picked up at Dovercourt PS on distribution day. We will give you as much notice as possible.

Order deadline: October 12th, 2023 at 7:00pm.
