Fresh from the Farm fundraiser: Pick up your produce today!

Todays the day! Our Fresh from the Farm order will arrive at the school this afternoon (Wednesday, November 15th). 

If you placed an order for apples and/or vegetables, please pick up your order in the Lower Gym of Dovercourt Public School between 3:00pm and 6:30pm. This is the only window for distribution!

Please note:

• Distribution will be in the Lower Gym, Please enter through the southernmost doors of Dovercourt, from Bartlett. SAC will have signs and/or volunteers to direct you on your way.
• If you can't make it, please do what you can to send someone else to pick up your order, or—if that's truly impossible—let Dovercourt SAC know ASAP so we can coordinate pick-up. We cannot store the produce at the school past 6:30pm today, so we appreciate your help in ensuring we don't have to figure out how to get a bunch of heavy produce to folks at alternative times! (Plus, you want your food at peak freshness, right?)
• Heads up if you're travelling on foot or by bike: Apple bundles weigh eight pounds each, and veg bundles 14—plan your transportation accordingly!
• If you have an older kid at Dovercourt, it's OK for them to pick up the order after school—direct them to go to the Lower Gym once they're dismissed from school. (And please note the weight!)
